Randy Frost, M.Div., RCC
Director, Training and Research
From 1991 to 1997, Randy was executive director of North Shore Counselling Centre (now Living Systems). During that time he expanded the Post-Graduate Training Program and initiated conferences in Bowen family systems theory. Since 1998, when the Centre was reorganized, Randy has been the director of training and research. He initiated the development of the strategic plan that guides the organization today. Currently, along with training and clinical work, Randy is developing the research program.
Randy trained in Bowen family systems theory and family psychotherapy at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Washington, D.C. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister. Randy is certified as a Fellow of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and is a registered clinical counsellor.
Leila Howard
Program Manager
Leila is responsible for the business administration of the various programs at Living Systems. She represents the Society at the board meetings and works closely with the Training & Research Director and contracted counsellors.
Leila has a B.A. from Simon Fraser University and post-graduate training in human resource management from BCIT. Before coming to Living Systems, Leila worked in human resource management in the business sector. She has completed Bowen Theory 101 and Bowen Theory 401. Leila is pursuing her Masters of Counselling Psychology.
