President
Mark joined the Board of Directors in 1998 and has been President of the Board of Living Systems since 2002. He is also Co-Chair and a Divorce Coach with Collaborative Divorce Vancouver, an interdisciplinary group of professionals which advocates for a collaborative, a no-court, non-adversarial approach to separation and divorce. Mark is a Bowen family systems therapist in Private Practice and also has been with Family Services of Greater Vancouver since 1991.

Fred Wylie, CGA, CMA, CHRP
Treasurer
Fred is the director of internal affairs for the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C., the regulatory body for the two professions. He is responsible for all of the association’s non-regulatory functions, such as human resources, corporate and financial affairs and member services. Fred has been the treasurer for Living Systems since he joined the Board of Directors in 2003.
Erica Guliker, MA

Erica is the Director of Planning and Redevelopment for Providence Health Care, which is the governing body for St. Paul's Hospital, Mt. St. Joseph Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, Youville Residence, St. Vincent Hospital - Brock Fahnri Pavilion and St. Vincent's Hospital - Langara. She has a background is Psychiatric and General Nursing, holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from the University of Victoria and a Masters Degree from UBC. Erica joined the Board of Living Systems in 2007.
Ariel Creighton

This is Ariel's second round of being a member on the Board, having previously been on the Board of the North Shore Counselling Centre for several years. She first became interested in the Bowen's Family Systems Theory when she took the eight month course called "Using Family Systems in your Ministry" from Ron Richardson in 1988, and has enthusiastically attended almost all the annual conferences held by the Centre since then. Ariel is presently working as a Staff Associate at Highlands United Church, coordinating the Pastoral Care, Newcomer and Congregational Life Ministry.
